When is it enough?
I received this question from a listener of the podcast and wanted to answer it based on how I live my life and what I focus on with my clients in my online programs.
There are so many things we are told to do to live our best life, to create more and to fulfill our purpose but when is it enough?
When is it too much?
When does it deplete your energy versus increase it?
Well...I know what my answer is to this question and in this episode, I share how you can find your answer to this question as well. Listen in.

Almost 13 years ago, my baby died. It was one of the most gut wrenching, heart breaking days of my life. It changed me. It changed how I saw the world. It changed how I lived.
It is also allowed me to understand what grief really is, how it feels and how it shows up in every moment after a loss.
Even at the beginning of my grief journey, I knew that I wanted to write about my experience but what I didn't know is that it would take over 11 years before the story would be complete.
There would be other types of grief for me to experience first. In this episode, I share what I learned about grief and what I learned about myself along the way.
