As you get deeper into this personal growth world and journey, there is an understanding that everything happens for a reason.
And when you know this and have recognized it in your life, sometimes you search for the reason before it is ready to be revealed. You rush the process and don't always see the message or get frustrated trying to understand why this is happening in your life.
I was doing this a couple of weeks ago. I was trying to figure out "why" something had happened and what I was to do with this experience. I wanted to know how I was to share what I have learned about myself and the world.
But, I realized that it isn't time to know. Sometimes you have to wait to find out why it happened. When I realized this, the frustration was released, I was more present and I know and have great faith that when it's time to know, I will.

Laughter can really be the best "medicine". It lightens your energy, it shifts what you are thinking about and it changes your perspective.
It lowers the negative self talk and it can open you are to hearing your intuition more when you aren't taking things so seriously.
In this episode, I share a funny story about a trip to a drug store and things flying off the shelf at me. It could have been super embarrassing but I chose to see the humor in it instead.
I needed that laugh and break from some of the more difficult parts of my life right now. I laughed hard all the way home and still giggle when I think about it.
Can you laugh at yourself? Listen in to find out why it's so important.

We have all been there.
We know what we need to do.
We maybe even started and then...procrastination gets the best of us.
It sucks away our time, our confidence and our commitment to what we want to create. It can be for a few minutes, an hour, days or even weeks.
I was in the depths of procrastination last week and decided in that moment (after a couple hours of "productive" but not important work meaning not the stuff that would move me closer to my goals in a big way) that not only did I need to use the tools I know that will get me moving again on the real work but I needed to share them with you as well.
So, if you've never procrastinated, don't listen. This isn't for you. But, if you have (or are right now because you found this while scrolling social media), this is for YOU!

One of the ways that I've created more freedom in my life is by actually creating more routines and rituals...
I know that it sounds counterintuitive but it is so very true.
The more routines you have, the more freedom, time and energy can be created.
Listen in as I share some of my routines, why they are so powerful, how they changed my life, how I use my time and what you can do to create more freedom in your life too.

Just one minute more...
Sometimes this is the difference between success and failure or between feeling more accomplished or like a failure.
One minute more.
What would happen if you spent one minute more in meditation, working out, on that project, with your child focused on what they are saying, being present with your partner or listening to the needs of clients? How would that minute impact you, what you want and what you can create. Listen in to find out why you should start spending one minute more on the important stuff!

I was listening to Ed Mylett's podcast with Matthew Hussey this morning while I was finishing my workout at the gym and near the very end, Matthew got even more animated about something he was talking about and Ed pointed out that he was really passionate about that particular topic.
It was true. You could hear it in his voice. You could feel his energy shift even in the audio, you didn't need to see it.
Ed called it his passion point.
It got me thinking about my passion points and what lights me up and makes me excited to share.
In this episode, you'll find out what I figured out for myself and I challenge you to figure it out for yourself as well. There are so many benefits when you do. You can hear all about them in the episode.
Thanks for listening!
