Regardless of whether you are consciously creating it or not, you are CREATING an impact with how you show up, what you say and what you do.
So, the question is...
Do you like the impact that you are making?
Are you happy with the energy that you are putting out there, the impact that you are having on your family and friends, your co-workers or employees and the people that you interact with each day?
And then, the next big thing to consider is...
Could you be making more of an impact?
Are you doing what you feel you are called to be doing? Are you fulfilling your purpose daily? Are you taking action on what matters most to you each day?
Your impact matters. It matters today. And it also matters years from now because what you do today creates your future and impacts the future of those around you.
Listen in as I share a story about how something I shared over 5 years ago is still making an impact today.

WHAT I'M LISTENING TOO RIGHT NOW...
This podcast is inspired by those podcasts that are impacting lives in a very big way including The Ed Mylett show and The Rise Podcast with Rachel Hollis which are always pure fire and filled with great strategy for life and business.
I listen to a lot of different podcasts when I'm at the gym from Andy Frisella's Real AF, The Ed Mylett Show, The Dean Graziosi Show, For the Love with Jen Hatmaker, The Rise Podcast with Rachel Hollis and The Jennifer Allwood Show all focused on business and personal development.
They couldn't be more different and ultimately more similar. I am finding as I listen more and more that they all have this one thing in common...
They all have extreme FAITH in something greater than themselves.
All of these individuals seem to really trust their intuition, know they are being called and take action on what they believe is their calling and feel strongly that they are here to serve. They have a great belief that they will be shown the way and that the universe/god/source will make it possible.
Their faith propels them to action and serves them and the people that they reach with their words, their products and their services. I feel that success relies on great faith.
Listen in as I dive deeper into this conversation about faith.
What does faith mean to you? And how does it apply to all areas of your life? Tag me on social media and let me know what you think.

Are you focusing on fighting the old or building the new?
This thought from a Socrates quote got me thinking. Is this why change is so hard?
Are our subconscious thoughts, our limiting beliefs and our past what makes change so hard? I really think so.
So instead of drawing from the past, if we choose to focus all of our energy on the future and what we need to take action on right now to create that future, change wouldn't be so hard. I also think that we resist change because we forget that if we "choose" wrong, we can just choose again.
In this episode, I share how change used to be so hard for my husband and why I've always thrived on change and how you can too.
Listen in to find out how we are wired to be resistant to change and how we can change that so that we can create more of what we truly want.

Why is this happening to me?
Haven't I been through enough?
I'm a good person. Why me?
These are pretty normal questions we ask ourselves when we are going through something hard or when we have just walked through a hard time and the next one happens right away.
This question of why is almost impossible to answer right away. The answer will come at some point likely but this question doesn't always serve us right away. It keeps us stuck in the circumstance. We need to stop asking this question and figure out what to do next instead.
We go through things to share things. We need to share our story to help others through their harder life experiences. I share part of a chapter from my book, When the Meaning is Lost (available on Amazon), in this episode because it dives into this question of "why me?".
Listen in to hear the rest of what I've learned about why things happen for us, not to us.

Everything is energy.
So, if everything is energy, the energy in your home really matters. It impacts your personal energy.
Think of an area of your home that you don't like, that feels cluttered or doesn't feel quite right. It is impacting your personal energy. It even impacts how you feel when you think about it.
In this episode, I share what to do in your home to shift the energy and why the state of your home reflects the state of your life.
The energy in your home matters to your health, wealth and relationships. There are 9 areas of your life represented in your home based on the Feng Shui Bagua Map. You want to ensure the energy is flowing in all of these areas to positively impact your life.
Listen in to find out more about the impact of the energy in your home and what you can do to use the energy to create a positive effect on your life.

Ideal moments are few and far between but we tend to wait for them to happen whenever we are wanting to do something new, take a leap or make a change in our life.
We wait thinking the right amount of support will eventually show up, the right amount of money will be accumulated and the right time will magically appear.
Here's the deal though...we are waiting for something that likely won't happen. All of those things don't tend to come together to be that ideal moment for us to start.
You can wait for the situation to get better but what if it doesn't. You may miss the whole opportunity. You have to start now. You have to find a way and adjust accordingly so that you can begin.
I share personal stories in this episode of how I chose to move forward even though the situation wasn't "ideal". I knew that I wanted was more important than waiting for a different circumstance so I started.
Most times you have to give something to get something. It's always worth it in the end. Listen in!

I'll do it tomorrow...
It can wait until the kids are older...
Now isn't the right time because...
There will never be a right time, an ideal time or a perfect time to start something new, to take the leap or to shift directions. The only time is NOW. Right now. That is all you have. So, if all you have is right now, are you creating what you truly want?
Are you living with enough urgency?
We don't know how long we get to experience this life so it is vitally important to take advantage of every day we do have. I learned how short life was when my baby died and it is something that I am very aware of even now almost 14 years later. You don't know what the future holds so it's important to live fully right now.
You are here to live, love and serve. Make sure you are doing each of these with enough urgency each day. Listen in to dive deeper into this conversation.
If there is someone you know who needs this message or would love it, be sure to share it with them.
