Are you living only for your future?
You need to be future focused because having a dream, desire and goal and something to work towards is truly important BUT you need to be living in the NOW.
Life is created in the now.
You need to get present. Your life is created with each moment not when you get to the outcome that you desire. This is the journey and this is where your happiness resides. Get present. This decision, gives you back control of your life.
