I'm not talking about "throwing in the towel" or quitting but it is so important to recognize when you are "beat".
This is when you are drained emotionally, physically, mentally or spiritually from whatever is happening in your life. It could something with your work, with your spouse or partner, your kids or even what you want to do next in your life.
In this episode, I share some of the things I do to replenish, renew and revitalize my energy (mentally, physically and spiritually) so that I can continue to create more of what I want in my life even when there is a lot going on.
