You can do this. You are in this situation for a reason and you are capable of finding your way through it. Why? Because your life prepared you for this.
Even if you don't feel prepared, don't want to be in this situation and just want to hide from it, you have to remember that you can do this, you are able to move through it and you are stronger than you know.
